Hi,

We have 1 single ensuite bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house in cork city centre. The house is on dunbar street just off douglas street. It'd be very handy for UCC/st johns/college of commerce students.

Rent is €285 per/month. Refuse included in the rent.

Two other rooms will occupied myself and another girl, looking for friendly, easygoing guy/girl to share with. Would be perfect for post grad or mature student.

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but is the 285 euro for the whole house, or for the one room?

I need to get this cleared once and for all. And I may be interested.
