    Was not in Raw so had to make do with substandard equipment. Won’t be going to LA Gayness again soon.

    Deadlifts
    Bar x 10
    60kg 2x5
    100kg 2x5
    120kg x 1
    140kg x 1
    160kg x 1
    180kg x 1 was easy enough despite the Weights being the wrong size.

    Bench
    Bar x 10
    60kg 2x10
    80kg x5
    90kg x5
    100kg x5
    110kg x5
    120kg fail…fail…fail.. x1 Didn’t leave enough rest between sets plus a different bench.

    Barbell Rows
    70kg 3x12

    Arnold Press
    20kg 3x12

    Dips
    2x5

    Was a good Session Will definitely look for a PB on the dealift next time.

    I am thinking I might start to use a Belt I have never tried one before but I am paranoid I will injure my back in a squat or lift.
    Does anyone have advice on this?

    I know it’s a big debate whether to wear belts or not but would appreciate some experienced opinions.

    Training was grand this week no match so am away for the weekend.

    Didnt lift a thing on wed or today as I have been feeling pretty wrecked all week.

    looking forward to liftig on monday as I hope the rest may have done me a bit of good.
