Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cycling with a disc bulge?

I know you can't ask medical questions on here but I currently have a 1cm disc bulge (since last December) on the disc between L4-L5, sore no matter what I'm doing including lying down.
I'm just wondering if anybody else had similar issues but were given the green light to go cycling? I have tried lots of different things but no joy so far (appointment with Neuro surgeon next).
Maybe I'm grasping at straws but I was hoping somebody went through something similar & got the green light to go cycling (particularly if they have been told that it might do some good).
I will not act on advice received here (in case thenlegal eagles are worried) I'm just frustrated with not being able to do what used to take for granted.

Sorry rebel.ranter, but I have to lock this. Only a medical practitioner can give you any advice on this - I speak as someone who has had 4 operations on such bulges, and am aware of the long term damage getting something wrong can do
