Hi everyone,

Just wanted to recommend a great breastfeeding class taught by Midwife Clare Boyle. Clare teaches her class in Blanchardstown and Cork and she's a lactation consultant too so you can book private visits to see you and your baby right after you get home from the hospital (when you need the support anad reassurance the most!)

Very useful informaiton on breastfeeding can be also found at:

www.breastfeeding.ie and www.breastway.ie

I found the lactation consultants in Holles Street very helpul, as well as La Leche League and Cuidiu activists who were always at the end of the phone when I had a problem. I brestfed for 2.5 years.
