Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This might be of interest to those of you who commute in the Rathfarnham area.

A few of us in NCD who felt that a propsoed QBC north of Swords was too narrow for cyclists made a submission. Fingal CC have promised a cyle track to facilitate us but we wait for the revised design with trepidation (let's hope it's not one of those on-off stop-go rollercoasters).

Thanks for that, recently moved into the area, some of the changes they are making are great but some of them are shockingly dangerous. The Bushy park junction is dangerous enough with motorists and cyclists alike disregarding the ROTR without them removing the cycle lanes to encourage it more.

Overall though they are good plans, i hope they fix the cycle lanes coming upto Grange Road 9 on nutgrove ave/Rathfarnham road) as they are incredibly dangerous, often ending with no signs, leading you straight into pedestrians or off kerb jumps that could damage you and your bike pretty severely regardless of speed.
