Sandro has been left out of our Champions league squad.

Bale omission is just an oversight.

Almost positive now he's included did a bit of looking around just bad journalism

What Jamie O'Hara is included and Sandro is not... That's rubbish surely. O'Hara will be out for a good while yet after having back surgery, why would they include him and not include Sandro???

Poor Sandro was left behind at Stanstead Airport yesterday. He didn't realise he wasn't in the squad. Apparently Palacious told him to be at the airport bright and breezy but Harry had to tell him he couldn't board the plane.

Isn't it great to be watching Spurs play in the champions league on tuedays/wednesdays rather then sitting at home watching some random game you don't care about. About time Spurs, long may it last.

Does anyone think if we qualify from our group will Levy try for a Big name striker who could make the difference in the Big Games?

I think you can bring in one player who has played already in European competition and play them I think Real did this with Diarra

You can bring in one player to the CL who's already played in the Europa League but once you've represented one club in the CL yeh have to wait a season to play for another.

Milan away and the points where 410, so my mates couldnt get em. Gonna be getting tickets, like thousands of others, outside the away section. Anyone when they go on general sale from the inter website.

Something to get us in the mood:

"Spurs are on the way to Wembley..."

Marseille or Copenhagen would be nice.

Just a few hours to the draw for the knockout stages. To be honest I am not too bothered who we get. I reckon a lot of teams will hope to avoid us.

Not long now until the draw.
    Don't fancy:

    Valencia ( good footballing side)
AC Milan ( look at their forwards - IBra, Robinho, Pato, Robinho)
Lyons ( not great but they have the worlds greatest keeper IMO in LLoris)

    Copenhagen please please please please.

    COYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bollox anyway! Hoping to avoid them.... I know they're not as great than in recent seasons but they have so much pedigree in this competition. It'll be a lot harder than people are making it out to be. Would rather have Valenia tbh...

Tough draw but remember the complaining that we did here after the group draw and look how that ended up. We are away in the first leg so that is good

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 119 ✭✭tipperaryjim

Yes it's gonna be tough lads but we should be confident going into this.

Can you imagine the belief that would be in the squad if we do manage to get through?

And to top it all off, didn't the scum get Barca :D
