A drum or plastic container with wholesale quantity.

    Thanks

Yes you need to register as a retailer.

Yes but if you're in the hospitality industry or catering or retail you should be able to get set up with one. Otherwise if you someone who has one of these, they might loan you a card.

My mother buys vinegar in large quantities. She cuses it for cleaning, she swears by it!!
Anyway she buys large 3/4 litre containers of it, i assume she gets it in Tescos or similar.
You could always buy a 10 litre drum, and lots of smaller bottles of vinegar, and then fill the drum with it??

As a matter of interest, what's it for??

Seems you just need an acid so. It might be more economical to get concentrated acids, they also could be more effective. In woodies etc you get concentrated phosphoric acid (the stuff in coke), it is meant for cleaning central heating systems -phosphoric is a "weak acid" like acetic. Common "strong acids" are hydrochloric & sulphuric, which can also be got in woodies, hydrochloric is sometimes called muriatic acid and used for cleaning concrete.
