    Lyra- first name of one of the main characters in His Dark Materials.
    Fangs- because of my love of vampires.
    I made the name when I was about 14 and i've never thought of anything better since. (not very creative) :p

    I kind of regret the lack of imagination used thinking up my nickname but even now I can't think of anything cool or clever. Eve is the shortened version of my first name and Dublin is where I'm from. Yawn. Zzzzzz. I guess I like it's directness and lack of pretentiousness though. Says something about me I guess.

    It was an interchangeable family reference, originally between three brothers, sadly now two - may you live in peace for ever, Donal.
    It needs to be pronounced in Donal's best, put-on, flat, North Midlands accent to get the sense of it...... He'ld want you to practice it a lot.
