Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,
I have 3, 12 exposure rolls of film, pretty irregular but do you know if I could get them developed for the price of a single 36 exposure film? they are all the same type of film

No harm in asking someplace I guess, they just string 'em all together anyway AFAIK. You might be better off though in an actual camera shop like Gunns or the Camera Exchange (assuming you're in dublin) than a minilab in some pharmacy somewhere.

I'm pretty sure you'll be charged for the 3 rolls as 12s rather than 1 roll of 36.

Same reason minilabs charge for 3 rolls of 24 instead of 2 rolls of 36, minilabs are there to make a profit. The charge is there as the rolls will have to be put through individually, thus being 3 times the work as putting through a 36 (although the amount of 'work' involved is minimal).

Best thing to do is go and ask though.

I few weeks ago I got 12 rolls done in Boots in Jervis Street for about 70euro.
I think the girl gave me a discount but didn't say anything.

I asked in Berminghams and some other places around and they were around 8-9 euro each with a 10% discount after 10 rolls.

Another option would be to just get them developed and put on a CD.

In the end I went to boots because I'd been given an All-For-One voucher and it didn't cost me anything.
