Anyone had a crash repair from Sandyford Motors?

I had a bad accident in my mams car and I got an estimate from Sandyford Motors. Although its isnt necessarily any cheaper than others I got they are closest to me and the car will have to be towed as it wont start now. A friend of mine told me that they use second hand parts for crash repairs? Is this allowed and will my…
