How are these speed stats?

Hi lads, I'm with UTV Internet on their ADSL 7.6MB/512K up service. I am just wondering if these stats are okay or should I be getting better speeds? Is there anything I can do to improve these speeds? Cheers :D:D:D

That's pretty meaningless, we need to see the proper line stats.
