    Hi guys, i searched the forum but had no luck!

    Is there anywhere i can pick up a couple of duck breasts without having to buy the whole duck?? With the skin and fat on preferrably!

    In dunnes i remember them being about the 12 for a couple of good sized ones. Their supply seems a bit on/off though , there some weeks not the next.

    Well they are going to be expensive, First duck is an expensive meat, secondly you want the breast only, this will increase the cost per kg, as the rest is a bit useless now

    €20 is excessive.
    Try Marks and Spencer!

    You may know this already but when cooking duck breast is is essential to let them rest for 10 - 15 mins in a cool oven or somewhere warm or else they will be like boot leather!

    They are on sale in Dunnes sometimes, I bought some before but it definitely wasn't for over a tenner so must have been reduced. If its not essential you have them soon just keep an eye out until they're reduced again I guess.
