    if my bad experience with a courier service is not a consumer issue, Dudara, please educate me what consumer issue is ?

    You had a bad experience with a courier company. Fine. Then you shoudl post the issue and describe the steps that you have take to resolve the issue.

    If you simply want to gripe, then please use the best/worst customer service thread.
