Sony camcorder SR37 wont connect for me

    Lads and Ladies,

    I have a SR 37 a few months now and using it away, but it wont connect via USB to the laptop for me so I cannot download anything.

    i just get a ' waiting to connect' message.

    Anyone seen this / got an answer ?
