Are freezing issues just on the pc version?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,928 ✭✭✭VenomIreland

No, freezing issues are not just on PC, infact I'd assume PS3 would have the worst out of the lot.

Yeah 2nd that, you can get it for buttons these days and decide if you like it without having to cough up full whack as new vegas is the same game with different location and tweaks. If you end up getting to love it though say good by to your life for a while I put well over 120 hours into one save alone.

I can forgive the game just crashing right now, because I was enjoying it so much. Hadn't even left the starter village and there were interesting quests and lots of things to do. I'm glad to see the reintroduction of starting traits (small frame ftw!) I love how you can make your own drugs and specialised ammo. I love being able to dig up graves again. I love how the radscorpions will kill you with one sting if you don't have antivenom handy. The dehydration and hunger and sleep factors make for interesting times balancing everything. Mr. New Vegas has a delightful radio show.

It's Fallout 3, but with a load of little things that really should always have been in there. Well worth the purchase.

went to tesco maynooth to get it at midnight, they didnt have it. so we rang a few gamestops mainly naas and newbridge and they were'nt doing any midnight release because we got no answer lol.
then we tried 2 other 24hr tesco, naas and newbridge. and they didnt have the game in stock either.
the security were asking was it a big game because they were'nt told about it but he had medal of honor if i wanted it, (eh no) lol.
so now i gotta wait a few more hours, we were like crack addicts going around last night looking for it.

God roll on 6pm when i finish work so i can go collect this! I will be handing over my life at around8PM as i settle down to a life of a nerd on this haha

Thought today would never come! If you start off in hardcore mode can you turn it off during the game? I like theidea of it but something tells me the eating and sleeping will be a pain in the tits

I was planning on finishing up a few tracks but it looks like Fallout is gonna take over. Can't wait till I'm finished college.

Where's the cheapest place to get it?

There is apparently food and water everywhere, and 2 hours rest in 24 hours is enough.

Stimpacks is the biggest hardcore change.

Right, have the day booked off. Who is selling the cheapest copies?

Stimpacks are the reason i do want to use hardcore, i just wondered if you can turn it on and off throughout the game or if you choose to start with it, do you have to finish the game with it?

I believe you can turn it on and off at will, and it's set independantly of difficulty level, but if you want the achievement you must have it on from start to finish.
