I was turned down for BTEA a day ago for not been on the social. But the reason for this is i ran out on my Job seekers allowance and am waiting to hear back for Job seekers Benfit. I had put all the forms in for BTEA in June when i was still on JSA. I had only got my papers for signing on for JSB sent to me in August, i have filled them out and had sent them in about three weeks back and i am awaiting a answer. I am going up to tomorrow to make out a written request for a another officer to look over my situation.

Do i have a case and what would i need to prove this?
i really need The BTEA cause if i don't i can't tak up my place in my course
