    Tag along were a friendly bunch...as Hanley said most of us know each other outside of boards but there was a time when we knew no one here....ya have to start somewhere...
    Ah yea, I have been a member here since before it was boards, and was a single quake forum so I have been to several beers/outings etc down the years so no bother on that front..

    I have only just started to give a crap about my fitness, so know none of you fine people thats all! But as you say, you have to start somewhere :)
