    Hi. Does anyone know of any ways of reducing the affects of this? I know there's no cure for it but maybe some of you have found something that helps. Thanks.

    I saw a segment on Ireland AM about this a few weeks ago. Laura Birmingham was talking about a range of products that are very good for this condition, called Neostrata. As far as I know they're widely available here.
