Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well if you like rumours, those for the Galaxy S2 sound mouthwatering. I have to wonder about the battery. Sounds to me like it would need a 2.2-3 amp battery.
They better include a bluetooth wireless game controller, otherwise I can't see the point of that much grunt in a phone.
Samsung next smartphone is going to break all smartphone trends and standards. The Samsung Galaxy S2 will come with a resolution which is mainly used on computers, the 1280×720 pixels on a 4.3 inch screen will blow iPhone Retina Display and surpass any other smartphones currently available in the market.
Spec wise also Samsung Galaxy S2 is much advance and is reported to include:- 2GHz processor (possibly a dual-core architect)
- 1GB of RAM
- 4GB of ROM
- 32GB of built-in storage
- an 8-megapixel camera with full HD video (1080P)
- Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi up to N
- an accelerometer accompanied by a gyroscope.

I was reading a press release two weeks ago, It was about the 1.5 ghz Duel core snapdragon CPU's already shipping.
As for the rest of the spec. The hardware is there, its just a matter of "Will they"
Now all we need is some of them

their not shipping yet...their due to be finished soon...think their getting shipped in September if all is well...
it just sounds as a concept...theres plenty of these on XDA...beautifull looking concepts...but no way making them come through...

this has been rumoured on my websites...tbh probably will go out there..though its probably more for the US market...not sure how i find myself using a phone that is manufacturer that makes pc's
not a fan of dell...kind of an acer person but i dont think i would find myself using an acer phone either 0 -

but you know what i mean they should have picked a diff name...especially as acer is know as the most unreliable pc maker brand (even though its the only one i ever buy )...
how many of you would love to drive vw Bugatti? but they changed it to veyron cause people dont want the beetle associated with the fastest car in the world 0 -

Personally, i'm waiting for either the PSP phone OR the one Motorola are touting for release before the end of this year. A Dual core 2GHz OMAP CPU (:eek::eek::eek:) head lining the specs.0 -
well its bigger brother evo has it...minus the sound quality...and i said hd2 capabilities how.can the hd2 not have that. ill just wait for the new qualcomm chips
do you think we will get the motorola...they wont release it here prob...none of the droids were... tbh right now i dont see the point of buying a new high end smartphone cause i wont buy nothing.but a new shell and prob a better screen...not worth it...0 -

The PSP Android phone looks like it could be something else!
Should be with us end of year or first quarter next year.
Hardware is starting to be really pushed now too and with 2Ghz chipsets on the way we could be in for some tasty devices in 2011
plenty of Android devices out there too its just that operators in Ireland aren't carrying them.0 -
