White chocolate topping - help!

    Does anyone know how to thicken a topping which contains white chocolate and sour cream? It just seems to runny to use.

    Have you let it cool and see if it thickens up - otherwise maybe melt more chocolate or mix it with some whipped cream, I'm sure some of the cake experts will have better suggestions! Hope it works out for you.

    whats the recipe btw?
