    Competition snatch pb and total pb. Won the 69s :eek:. 246 sinclair. 250 is kind of a goal, so yeah that's good. But being in the 69s wasn't how I thought I'd reach it.

    Felt Thursdays squats on the CJ, there was nothing left. Cleaned it, jerked it but with a bit of arm wobble for no lift. Confident enough of 105 for Cork.

    All time and competition pbs. Got a medal too.

    DCU came 5th as a club I think and all the lads hit pbs. Happy days.

    I'm pretty happy overall. That's a 10kg improvement in my comp total at my lowest bodyweight. Pretty big jump in my sinclair over the last year too. 250 was the goal this year. I know I always say it but getting up 77kg is the goal now along with breaking 200kg.
