    Hit an 85 bench pb two weeks ago as well as a 40kg chin. I also squat 20kg today. #skinnyisthenewstrong

    (A2) DB row
    30 3x5

    (B1) Barbell curls
    35 3x8

    (B2) Pushdowns
    3x10

    Half squat the bar 3x10. Still hurts a bit.

    Knee feels slightly better. No worse anyway. Keep adding weight and hoping it holds together.

    Knee rehab

    Arms

    Did the rehab after the upper stuff as the gym was fairly busy. Probably the only gym in the country where it's easier to do upper body than lower body.
