I'm really confused as to what mic to buy now.

TB's durability and thus longevity is questionable, despite being the most popular. The 3 month warranty is very off putting.

Harrelson was brilliant. Indecent Proposal is still my favorite movie with him starring but his character in this is fairly epic. Hopefully the sequel is focused less on a romance and more on him slaying zombies Eisenberg is great again. Bill Murray :cool:

Watched TF2 again, frustrating to watch being the fanboy I'am. Though my little cousins(watching it for the 1st time) loved it. I could go an epic rant but I won't bore you. Seriously people, download and watch the animated version(!) especially for anybody here from the G1 generation.

Sharkoon X-Tatic SP and Sharkoon X-Tatic II is what I'm look at entirely now. 50 squid for the former and around double for the latter.

Anyone have any experience with either of these 2 headsets?

Haha. Sound whoring doesn't come into for me mate. Just need some decent and reliable to communicate.

Didn't say anything about soundwhoring! Being able to hear the sound of someone placing a claymore at the top of a staircase or someone defusing a bomb from a considerable distance can make a big difference.
A decent headset makes a huge difference whatever your style. I'm sure the lads here can vouch for that.

It doesnt I only use mine when grouped or playing SnD... otherwise im making too much noise too hear anything ! It does enhance the experience tho.

I'm running my laptop of a dead battery(ie: need to plug in to use my laptop).
Had to move from family room where the PS3 is to the living room where Sky box is to watch the footy.

Stupidly I put my laptop in Sleep mode instead of shutdown. Turned it back on, bookmarks corrupted. Easily over 100 bookmarks, gone. Gutted

edit - seems I'm not the only Chrome user this has happened too

I only use it up in college, where it's possible to stream music/videos and not have everything else seize up. But yea it's pretty awesome alright
