    Can Meteor Voicemail be disabled by the user or does one have to contact them?

    Excellent, does ##002# activate them all again if need be or is it another combination?

    No. If you want to be able to do that, then use #004# to deactivate the diverts and *004# to reactivate them. Using ##002# erases all memory of the diverts, so you will have to reprogram them.
