Hi there

If you want to attach a picture, when you're typing your post, click the "manage attachments" button under the message box. It'll give you the option to upload a picture from your PC as an attachment to the post.

If you want to embed a picture in your post, the instructions from the site FAQ on that are here. Alternatively, when typing your post, you can click on the "insert image" button on the toolbar to embed the picture within your post:
