Just lost to a 6 pool, he did a fair bit of damage to me early on but i held off and got roaches. He came at me again and i had the roaches at hold position on the ramp to block but obviously not well enough, he still managed to get a few in. "Ffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" was the reaction.

I was put back in gold then.

Was Bronze...still Bronze - disgusted with placement match. Should have won I feel but so many errors - I certainly belong in bronze

Also bronze in 2v2.

After ladder reset was 1st in Bronze for a fleeting 30 minutes as I was basically the only one in the division who had won a few games

Now down to 12th, d'oh!

Damn you Blizzard, I was slowly getting myself off SC2 crack, now I'm an addict again. 4.32am on Sunday with work the next day, ok just ONE more game! :pac:

Ran SCII for the first time in ages, downloaded the patch, oh I have to do another placement match, maybe I'll get out of Platinum back down to casual, comfortable Gold or Silver.
I lost the match and got placed in plat again where I then proceeded to lose 3 more matches! Bah!
LET ME OUT OF THIS STRESSFUL PRISON BATTLE NET!

just join quit for 20 mactches then win 1 or 2 and then lose 2 or 3 more then you will get demoted.

At least your account didn't get 'compromised'. Mine did. And no I didn't click any idiotic emails etc. So they couldn't actually pinpoint the problem with the account, so last night they finally RANG me to apologise, they deleted my account (which had WoW on it too, incidently), and they gave me a new account!

So now I've only done about 12 matches since and I'm near the top of the bronze league now. Tis like a fresh start! Still annoyed though.
