    what does this mean? i was trying to change my password on cp.blacknight.com and had just entered login / auth code / new pass.

    it must have been something to do with the password i picked maybe having special characters in it or something because once i removed them it worked fine.

    pretty crap error message though when it doesn't explain much. maybe someone on the team could look into the various error messages the system gives?

    thanks for coming back to me anyway.
