UCD off campus student residences

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the names of some off campus student residences near UCD (not campus run). Similar to Shanowen square/Hall etc...that are near DCU. It's for my bro and I've no idea about accommodation down that part of the city....cheers for the help!

Beechwood would be ucd's equivalent to Shanowen: http://www.ucd.ie/residences/residences/beechwoodcourt/ . only thing is it's about 3km from the actual campus

i know the ucd accommodation situation is lousy. you'd be best off going on daft.ie and finding a house or house share, cos there's cheaper out there. best of luck!
