    Morning, is there a vet in Meath who will spay my cat at a lower cost? My husband is on the dole so cant afford the €80 my local vet charges but I need to get cat done soon as I think she coming on heat.

    Not in Meath, but the Blue Cross clinic in Inchicore Dublin has a low-cost neutering scheme for dogs and cats.

    As far as I'm aware if you're on the dole you can get a reduced rate in the Vets on Cannon Row - Boyne Vet's the number is 0469029770. I know someone who got a very reduced rate while getting their dog done - might be the same for cats?
