Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Had the trial version which has now expired - want to convert to full version which brings me to Microsoft website and it costs 139 Euro!!!

Can i get it cheaper anywhere??Just want Microsoft Word really - no interest in anything else. Don't even need the CD they send you out - just want the key.

    Cheers.

If you're a student you could get Office for 79 IIRC with software4students. I'd just get open office though.

I use open office all the time, can save as .doc if necessary. Great program no bloat.

Yep definitely try it for a week or 2 before deciding what to do. Just remember to change the default file saving formats to MS Office 97 before you get really stuck in.

I would also recommend Open Office. There are supposedly some incompatibilities with certain documents but I've never had any hassle.
