    Beyond - 2:10 Newton Abbot Bet On Totescoop6 at Totesport.com Juvenile Hurdle(4) 2m1f

This is the lesser of the two selections. Beyond was a flat-horse which ran just three times for Jeremy Noseda wining twice. Quite why he was sold on so quickly I dunno, but the switch to hurdling under Evan Williams has been a success with two from two both done well according to reports, ATR didn't covered either race so I'll have to take the word of others. There are a few possible threats - Gulf Punch knows how to win here Charmeur a flat winnr in France lost a shoe on hurdles debut so could serve up a challange while Ocean Club who made no real impact on the flat makes his debut for the Twiston-Davies yard who are in good form this month.

The best way to play this is simply wait to see if any of the potential challangers gets backed and Beyond gets laid off if not then beyond should deliver. He should anyway, clearly a progressive sort.

    Beyond 1.44
    Charmeur 8.00
    Gulf Punch 9.00
    Ocean Club 13.00

    Shopfrontspecilaist - 5:45 Perth Perth Bookmakers Handicap Hurdle(3) 2m 110yds

I saw this one :) Another Gordon Elliot/Paul Carberry teaming, Shopfrontspecilaist is coming into this at the top of his game with two wins back to back and winning last twice over C&D. Tiger King which has shortened this morning is a C&D and should come on for his 3rd place re-apperance LTO 5 lengths behind Shopfrontspecilaist. If there is an angle to watch its that in that race the two were rated the same, now the Elliot horse is almost 2 stone heavier having won twice since so Tiger King has the potential to get closer but has to prove that he's as good. Only 5 go to post as things stand.

Again market checking makes sense to see if confidence remains with the Fav.

    Shopfrontspecialist 1.80
    Tiger King 5.50
    Reportage 6.50
    Baaher 7.00
    Coolnaharan 15.00

Anyone else hear the rumour that Noel Meade is backing it in? And that Carberry will go with Elliot full time. Apparently Meade's back is f***ed. Double looks good have been following them since ya started. Going to do a trixie with them and Elliots Makhaaleb in the 1st at Perth.

    :(

Fvck it. Feared the worst when I heard the words "off the bridle" If you did the double as I assume poeple did, you could go again on Shopfrontspecilaist....try and get the double stake back.

Not too worry Mike, I've been following you on here for the last few weeks and you've made me a nice few quid already. I've thrown shopfrontspecialst into an acummulator with Cardiff, Chelsea and Arsenal to make it up. Keep the tips coming mate.

    Two misses :(:(

I was just thinking about this, I missed an obvious angle on the first race, the odds for Gulf Punch placing were about the same as Beyond to win so that was probably the real peno kick. I'll bear that in mind the next time.

I have not seen either race will do so later if ATR have them.
