Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Who set up the third?

Come Chamakh and score, my fantasy team needs it!

I thought red cards for the last man back were only given in definite goal-scoring chances. As in, with Chamakh at the edge of the box and facing the goals, as opposed to chasing the ball out to the edge of the box and facing away from goal. Either way, it should only have been a free.

    Ah, and there's 3-0...

His doing it the Arsenal way....miss 4 sitters before your allowed to score 1 ;)

I get the feeling Blackpools +4 goal difference will be in the negative this evening

    By half-time maybe?

    Some chronic defending by blackpool.

Getting in to good positions but not exactly looking clinical.

His goalscoring record for Bordeaux wasn't great. Regardless of that though a forward has to be putting away some of the chances he's had...

A rude awakening thus far for Blackpool after the hysteria of last week.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,148 ✭✭✭✭Raskolnikov

Walcott could have had 5-6 now easily.

    Crainey having a nightmare.

In fairness, he has no one playing infront of him.

No, match means absolutely nothing to me apart from the enjoyment of watching fantastic stuff from Arsenal. Its just a point that it was expected by the majority that Arsenal would beat Blackpool handily.

Arsh should've done better on the break there.

    Throw-in fail from Clichy there.

    Should have been more goals.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 5,492 ✭✭✭MementoMori

I'd imagine that Arsene would probably be disappointed being only 3-0 up.

Blackpool giving new meaning to putrid.

This is defo the type of game now to ease Cesc & RVP back into things

arsh already used all his energy up:D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,570 ✭✭✭✭Frisbee

We need to push on and really slaughter them here. A big win would be great for confidence and getting a nice high goal difference early is always good.

A clean sheet for Almunia would be even better.

Noticed that, I know he's not the quickest either, but he seemed shockingly slow when trying to beat the right back there.

I'd like a 6-0 victory. Would like to see Vela come on in the second half. He might do one of is famous lobs :D

Someone take out Craney and shoot him.
It would be doing him a favour.

    4-0 Diaby Sagna assist

    Far too easy

Hat trick for Theo. Cue the hype building up again and him being shíte for the rest of the season. Similar to what happened after his last hat trick.

    Thouroughly deserved hat-trick for Walcott!

You are right its not smart, you are claiming to be a such a genius that you can make a decision about a team after two away fixtures one of which is at the Emirates where only 2 teams managed to win last year and 2 managed to draw as well. And they thumped Wigan in their first game.

Like that statement is so stupid that you would have to say that Everton were muck based on their first game last year.
