Im changing the fuel filter on my 2005 Ford Transit 260 SWB, 2.0 ltr diesel every 1500KM. Is this a little too cautious or what?

Also: Changing the oil every 5000KM - any particular engine oil thats good for the job?

    Cheers

Jaysis, I take the oil when your finished with it:D

oil every 5000-6000miles imo, 5w-30 semi synth(some argue fully synth)
I'd leave the fuel filter alone unless your getting dirty diesel or losing power.
My T280 still flying at 150k miles no major probs
