Youtube videos showing up as white squares

I have tried to embed a youtube video into several posts now on several computers and using several OS and browsers. What I do is hit the little YouTube icon on the top of the box when writing the reply/post a new thread, this brings up the

I believe this is because boards uses BBcode, not html.

In order to embed a youtube video, you use the Youtube tags, i.e

dr.fuzzenstein

What really kills me about this is the fact that I've been doing it the wrong way for at least a year now and it always worked fine.
