Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

When the app launches it creates that folder. Did you download the app from the app store or download it from somewhere else?

I downloaded it from the App Store. It worked previously, but I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Jelly SMS and the lite version many times at this stage....

At the moment Jelly SMS is installed and crashes on launch, and I can't see the folder in Application Support

    Ok try this:

    Download
    http://www.jellysms.com/files/xmls/OInfoPlist.plist

Choose 'Go to Folder' from Finder’s 'Go' menu and enter:

    ~/Library/Application Support/

    Create the folder 'Jelly SMS'

Copy the downloaded file into that new folder and restart the app.

Could you email me the crash reports please

Choose 'Go to Folder' from Finder’s 'Go' menu and type:

    ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/

And email any files starting with Jelly to me at finbarr@jellysms.com

Just installed and logged in to desktop jellysms but its saying it cant connect to the internet. Says to check your proxy settings and firewall(work and user restricted) as these are the reasons it may be blocking it. What should i be looking for?. There was no problem with cabbagetexter in this regard but this is down now.
I can login to meteor no problem.
