Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Personal not general. As the title would would have you think. For me a film (non elitist, non snob, non purist) user it's: Waiting. My Pet Love Of Photography is the Waiting. I love the nostalgia of old photographs, sometimes even though I don't know the people involved.

Also photos that capture history - whether it's historical events or just towns, shops, blacksmiths etc. from a point in time.

Wildlife photography. I wish I had the time to pursue this myself.

I take tons of photos of my kids, possibly because I have very few photos from my own childhood, and also to help family living abroad feel closer to home. I hope they will appreciate them in years to come.
