    i'd have to go back and check

    as i only dig out the rules when something comes up


    it may not say they have to be flush alright-but it's something along those lines covering dry-lining and insulated slabs etc

    No doubt that having a big gap from the front of the box to the back of the slab is bad workmanship alright, brutal in fact, when its simple to fit the boxes nice and level with the front of the wood frame on a properly fitted ground.
