Ponts rise near what was predicted????.....I think not!!

    I always knew it was just scare mongering.Most course ahvent seen much unnatural changes,Trust the Irish media to always blow something way out of proprotion!!!

    On average though.I know there are a few course that rose dramatically but not many!!!!nothing to drastic like what we were told to expect.

    There were rises across the board, science in UCD up by 50, Trinity up by 20, NUIG up by 25 etc. and most crosses went up by five points or so

    Look at science in ucd ,it was 305 two years ago,now it's 435.In level 6/7,science went up 250 to 470*.medicinal chemistry and pharmacy 165 to 435*.

    I was banking on Computing in DIT
    240 last year I was 60 points clear and it rose by 75. I'm pi**ed off.

    Something like two-thirds of courses went up.

    Engineering Innovations Electronics in NUIG went up by 200.. but I still got in!
    I'm surprised as I didn't know anyone else going for it, there must have been crazy demand for it

    Science in UCD +50

    I knew it would go up due to increased demand but I thought 400-405 would be the max it would rise to. It was 425.

    So happy I managed to make it.
