Great read. Try reading Stairway to Heaven by Richard Cole, you should be familiar with Cole through the Hammer book. He was Zeppelin's tour manager and got them out of some tight situations. To be fair he probably got them into these situations in the first place.

Rednik, please forgive my manners for not replying to your kind suggestion sooner. Naturally the charismatic Cole featured heavily in Hammer of the Gods but might be interesting to hear things from his perspective!

Morrissey & Marr: The Severed Alliance - Johnny Rogan

Pretty much indispensable read for Smiths fans.

    Shakey - Jimmy McDonough

Comprehensive book on life of Neil Young. Very different guy to the hippy image a lot of people have of him.

The Thrill of It All: The Story of Bryan Ferry & Roxy Music -
    David Buckley

The transformation from musical incompetents to makers of some of the most lasting and complex rock music ever made .

The Life and Times of Little Richard: The Authorised Biography - Charles White

This is an absolutely hilarious read of one of rock musics earliest legends.
