Eligible for a grant?

Sorry if this is the wrong section wasnt sure where else to put it. Anybody know if i would be eligible for one? i was in college 2 years ago but i had to leave that December for various reasons i got accepted there today for a completely differant course, i got one two years ago

You probably wont be eligible for a grant for first year again. I'm not sure, give the council you deal with for grants a ring?
