    1. no 75 that takes ages, might miss it also bit of walk to busstop. Are they reliable early morning? which one for 9 am?

    2. no 11 bus into town and get red luas

    3. no 11 bus to Ranelagh and walk to Rathmines to get buses to Tallaght

75 is best option, but it'll take you time to get used to when they actually arrive. Don't suppose you fancy cycling? ;)

The 75 is actually very reliable, although the schools traffic can cause delays.

The 0650 departure gets to the Square for 0815 or so. The next two departures (0720 and 0735) usually operate together from the Upper Kilmacud Road onwards (given one goes via Sandyford Industrial Estate). They should get to the Square for 0850/0855 when schools are on, but it is dependant on the traffic.

Allow the buses about 15 minutes to get to Stillorgan from Dun Laoghaire.

The 75 is actually quite dependable at peak times so you should have no issue getting to work. I have friends who depend on this route to get them to work in Dundrum everyday and maybe once it didn't show up during a year and a half of using the bus.

75 is becoming more reliable now a days. One bit of advice, give yourself a bit of time because it is a long enough trip. The bus stops outside SPAR if you live on the Stillorgan end but it goes up Lakelands aswell.
