    Single Room available from September 1st.
    Great house less than 2minutes from town and opposite South Campus gate.

    4 Bed,Bathroom with electric shower, sitting room, kitchen with dining area and back garden with a river.

    Sharing with 2 very girls and a guy, all 2nd years.
    The rent is €350 a month. Electricity bills not included. It's oil heating, so the tank is filled up once a year and will cost approx. €40.

    Great house, very handy location and three very friendly students!
