New Beginner MMA Class

    Hi all,

    There is a brand new beginner only MMA class starting in informed performance gym on the 2nd of September. The class runs for the month until October 1st and costs €65. This course is for beginners only. We have regular classes that beginners can slot into at any time but based on feedback we've recieved, people feel that much better knowing everyone around them is in the same boat as novices smile.gif

    When: Mondays at 6.30pm and Thursdays at 7pm
    Where: informed performance gym, Glasnevin
    How much: €65
