    Opportunity:
    I am starting a business that will explore, develop and monetise opportunities in the 'paid performance based search engine marketing', 'affiliate marketing' and 'Smartphone app' areas.

    Position:
    I am looking for someone with web development, web design and smart phone app development skills and experience to handle the technical side - site design, site build etc. Finance, Capital, Business Development etc will be taken care of.

    Person:
    You should be in full time employment and looking to earn extra money in your spare time but also open to possibility of taking this opportunity full time, you should also be: technically excellent, commercially savvy and creative


    Remuneration:
    An initial 25% profit share moving to a greater profit share and possible equity share at a letter stage.
