UPC Broadband in Kiltalown jobstown?

    I cant get UPC broadband in kiltalown yet but im just wondering if anyone knows when it might becoem available.

    I seen a guy today near my house that was doing some work, they had a sign that read "Working on behalf of UPC".
    I asked him if he was installing the broadband for UPC but he told me that he was just doing some checks to make sure everything was ok for new cables to be installed in the area.
    So based on that info would anyone have any idea as to how long it would take for the broadband to get here?
