Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Article on removing the cranks (if you don't know already)
    http://www.sheldonbrown.com/cotters.html

Then it depends on what type of BB you currently have to remove it
    http://sheldonbrown.com/gloss_bo-z.html#bottom

    Probably a cup and cone.

Then find out which way your frame is threaded, english or italian, what width the shell is, and pick up a bb the correct size.

I wussed out and brought mine to Joe Dalys, they swapped it out and put in a cartridge one for around 40 quid I think. Easy option as BB removal can be torturous if it's rusted.
