If that was my sister/mother/friend/gf whatever in one of those videos I would be extremely pissed off. Videoing people in such a manner is seriously not on, and I hope the person who made the clips is charged with something. I agree it's a pretty horrible thing to do but I can't imagine the guards taking time out to trawl through CCTV looking for someone who isn't exactly obvious.

If people are in a public place its not illegal AFAIK. If he was doing it in a gym or something or a swimming pool it might be different. Everyone has ability to do this these days with cameras on mobiles etc. I suppose if women dont want to be videoed they will have to cover up. This sort thing has been happening for years abroad on nude beaches etc.

I think those girls are way too skinny. I think if they had nicer bodies then the Guards would take the time out to trawl through CCTV, contrary to your point. I think the Guards would set up a specialist unit to observe the footage on a continuous and full time basis.

You can record whatever or whoever you want, whenever you want so long as you do it FROM public land and so long as it isn't a restricted site (military buildings and so on)

Thats actually because they cannot use recorded images of you for commercial/for profit purposes.

For private use, no disclaimer is needed. Your in a public area, thus can be recorded. its the same as someone taking photos of people on the street - perfectly allowable without consent, unless its for commercial reasons.

The copyright is with the person who records (or the organisation that employs them), not the subject.
