Not sure if this is in correct forum. Found someone's medical card outside recycling area in Tesco Clearwater on Saturday. Name of Dr. is Dr. McGyll but none around Finglas area. Just going to call HSE now but any other ideas on how to return card to owner would help. wouldn't like to lose my own one as I know how long it…
