I don't mean this in a patronising way but the people blaming Africa for her problems need to vary their sources a little IMO. Africa is one big hustle by the Western governments, intelligence agencies IMF, World Bank, NGO's and international bankers.

Everything that isn't already privatised soon will be; so no education, clean water, hospitals or anything really for the poorest of the poor while the Westerners get richer as the Africans die.
