51/30 dB and 3.7km from exchange

I have an Attenuation of 51/30 dB and 3.7km from the exchange,does anyone know what kind of speeds i can achieve with ADSL2+? Im currently with eircom 3mb package and im getting 3.52mb on speed tests. Many thanks! HOWEVER!...when i login to my netopia router it says...Speed 4096/384 (kbps) ,i have no idea why it says that…
